Four Stones Gateway Trust is seeking a permanent Trust Finance Manager to lead financial services across multiple schools. You will support the Head of Finance with management accounting, budgeting and forecasting, ensuring timely monthly accounts and accurate reporting.

The role requires strategic financial leadership, strong Excel skills, and a commitment to safeguarding in an educational trust with travel across Worcestershire and Shropshire.

Qualifications

• Qualified by CCAB/ICAEW/CIPFA/ACCA or equivalent or by experience.
• Minimum 2 years in management accounting, budgeting, and analysis in education or similar sectors.
• Solid grasp of accounting principles and procedures.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with MS Office.
• Ability to build effective relationships and influence across levels.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional management and leadership of financial services to the Trust.
• Support Head of Finance in management accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Contribute to strategic objectives through sound financial stewardship.
