Job summary

Achieve and Learn Trust seeks an experienced Trust Finance Manager to deliver a compliant and high-quality financial management and reporting service. You will lead a team of Finance Officers at the Trust Hub Offices in Altrincham, reporting to the Chief Finance Officer, and work across schools to maximise resource use and value.

The role requires strong leadership, organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a busy education setting, with a focus on delivering best value for students

Qualifications

• Experience leading finance teams and managing to monthly accounts and budgets.
• Ability to provide financial guidance to senior leaders within schools.
• Strong knowledge of financial policies, reconciliations, payroll checks and systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a compliant and high-quality financial management and reporting service.
• Lead and manage the Finance Officers team based at the Trust Hub Offices at Altrincham College.
• Collaborate with staff at each school to support financial decision making.
• Implement robust, measurable systems and processes to maximise value of resources.
