Job summary

Mowbray Education Trust Limited is seeking an experienced investigator to lead disciplinary, grievance and fact-finding investigations across multiple Trust sites. You will conduct interviews, analyse complex information and prepare clear reports for hearings, while maintaining strict confidentiality and professional integrity.

The role requires strong analytical, report-writing and communication skills, and the ability to travel independently across Trust sites.

About the Role

You will lead and manage a range of disciplinary, grievance, complaint and fact‑finding investigations. This includes conducting interviews, analysing complex information, preparing comprehensive reports and presenting findings at hearings. You will work independently, using sound judgement and discretion, while maintaining strict confidentiality.
