The successful candidate will manage HR across multiple kitchens ensuring compliance with health and safety, and develop strategic plans for growth. Trust Catering Business Officer full-time salary £46,142-£50,269
This is a permanent, full-time role, 36 hours per week, Term Time Only Plus 4 weeks with an actual salary of £43,554-£47,450 (TMBC Grade 1.1+ Points 35-39)

Victorious Academies Trust are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, hardworking and strategic thinking Catering Business Officer to develop Victorious Academies Catering.
Victorious Academies Catering has been a yearlong project taking 12 of our Trust Schools catering in-house, ensuring that children from Nursery to Year 6, across all our schools, receives a well-balanced, tasty meal every day.
This role would be suitable for someone who has experience of leading and managing the HR of people across multiple kitchens, ensuring compliance with health and safety and finance procedures and developing a business strategy for growth.
Victorious Trust Academy is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. The post will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
