Training on tronc processes is provided, with an emphasis on data accuracy and client service. Hybrid working is offered; payroll experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Calculate tips, service charges, and other gratuities for employees across high-profile UK hospitality venues.
• Process and analyse client-provided data to ensure accurate and timely distribution of awards.
• Work with spreadsheets and large volumes of data, using Excel to check, organise and interpret information.
• Manage tronc-related budgets following completion of training.
• Respond to client queries and maintain clear, professional communication with businesses.
• Build strong working relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients.
• Use Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and internal systems extensively.
• Maintain accurate digital records within a fully paperless filing environment.
• Ensure client documents are correctly indexed, organised and stored.
