Job summary

Causeway is seeking a Consultant to help shape software used across transport and traffic regulation sectors. You will support delivery of consultancy services, guide customers in adopting Causeway’s platform, and contribute to cross‑product service delivery while collaborating with internal teams.

You will apply Traffic Regulation knowledge to build accurate workflows, document processes clearly, and work with customers to ensure successful embedding of Causeway solutions into operations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering consultancy or technical services in software, transport, or data driven environments.
• Knowledge of Traffic Regulation and TRO processes and how to apply them within digital workflows.
• Degree or equivalent in transportation, traffic management, GIS/mapping, engineering, or related field.
• Willingness to undertake ongoing professional development in Traffic Regulation, digital mapping, platform adoption, or SaaS delivery.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills; ability to document processes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of consultancy projects spanning multiple Causeway products, contributing to discovery activities, configuration tasks, data preparation, testing, and documentation.
• Work directly with customers to understand requirements, demonstrate product capability, provide guidance on TRO‑related and platform‑wide workflows, and assist in resolving issues or blockers.
• Prepare clear project artefacts - including configuration notes, data outputs, process documentation, and progress updates - ensuring alignment with agreed scopes and quality standards.
