Qualifications
- Strong experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Specialist within an agile environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex backlogs and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Deep understanding of agile practices and their practical application in delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Own, manage, and continuously refine product backlogs, ensuring clarity, prioritisation, and alignment to product strategy.
- Lead backlog refinement and sprint planning with a high degree of autonomy and confidence.
- Act as a senior point of contact for the development team, providing clarity on complex requirements and edge cases.
- Ensure high standards of quality by rigorously validating work against acceptance criteria and Definition of Done (DoD).
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, confidently managing expectations and navigating competing priorities.
- Analyse product performance, delivery metrics, and team effectiveness to identify improvement opportunities.
- Act as a SME within your domain, applying knowledge to shape solutions and drive prioritisation.
