Causeway Group in Newbury is seeking a Senior Consultant to drive consultancy services around the Digitisation & Traffic Orders module. You will guide customers and internal teams to embed best-practice digital workflows and maximise the platform's value across multiple products.

The role emphasises leadership in TRO processes, cross-functional collaboration with Product, Professional Services, Support, and Commercial teams, and ongoing development of scalable service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven consultancy delivery experience in software/technology-enabled services.
• Deep domain knowledge in Traffic Regulation and TRO processes.
• Strong communication, facilitation and analytical skills.
• Desirable: professional certifications in project management (PRINCE2/APM).
• Degree or professional experience in traffic management, GIS, engineering, or digital platforms.

Responsabilités

• Manage and deliver consultancy projects spanning multiple Causeway products and platform workflows.
• Interface with customers to ensure clear requirements, stakeholder engagement and coordinated delivery.
• Produce high-quality deliverables: business cases, data workflows, TRO configurations, adoption plans and risk/issue artefacts.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to knowledge development and training materials.
