Job summary

Dunbia in Dungannon is seeking skilled staff for its Retail site to perform boning and trimming of beef, pork and lamb, ensuring adherence to customer specs and quality standards. You will work as part of a team to maintain efficient production and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of boning or trimming meat is essential.
• Previous experience of working in the food industry.
• Possess good communication and team working skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative whilst working as part of a team striving to achieve high levels of customer service.
