Job summary

Euroclear is seeking an experienced Tribe Test Engineer to lead testing strategy and quality across multiple Agile squads. You will shape testing governance, drive automation adoption and ensure high-quality software delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The role collaborates with Product Owners, Release Engineers, Architects and stakeholders to embed quality, leverage AI techniques, and enable rapid, reliable releases across complex financial applications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading testing activities across multiple Agile teams.
• Experience creating and governing enterprise-level Test Strategies.
• Experience coordinating end-to-end testing across complex systems, with AI-enabled quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Tribe Test Strategy, aligning with standards.
• Define best practices for functional, non-functional and automated testing.
• Drive continuous improvement to testing effectiveness and predictability.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing across squads and tribes.
• Provide governance, risk assessment, and quality reporting.
• Coach engineers and promote shift-left quality practices.
