Job summary

Bestman Solutions is seeking a Senior Lead Test Engineer to spearhead quality engineering across a complex, Agile technology environment in financial services. You will define and evolve the testing strategy, orchestrate testing across multiple squads, and drive automation and AI-enabled testing initiatives.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Release Engineers and senior stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases and strong governance without hindering Agile delivery.

• Extensive experience across Software Testing and Quality Engineering in regulated/financial services environments.
• Proven ability to define and govern enterprise Test Strategies across Epics and Releases.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the Test Strategy and governance across squads and releases.
• Lead testing across multiple Agile squads and complex system dependencies.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing and cross-squad testing.
• Drive automation, shift-left and continuous testing adoption.
• Support AI-enabled testing initiatives and tooling.
• Ensure appropriate test environments, data and tooling are available.
• Provide quality assessments for Go/No-Go decisions.
• Coach engineers and testers in testing best practices.
