SD Worx is seeking a Tribe Lead for its Software Engineering Centre of Excellence to drive an AI-native transformation. You will define world-class engineering practices, advise leadership on trends, and set standards that span the organisation.

This strategic role focuses on improving maturity, embedding excellence, and creating scalable, secure, high-quality software delivery while coaching leaders and fostering continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in software engineering with transformation leadership experience.
• Experience leading engineering excellence initiatives or CoEs in large tech organisations.
• Hands-on with AI coding tools and modern software practices.
• Ability to sell a vision, build coalitions and overcome resistance.

Responsibilities

• Define world-class software engineering at SD Worx as Tribe Lead of the CoE.
• Advise engineering leadership on trends, modern practices, and AI-native development.
• Set standards, influence culture, coach leaders, and ensure practices stay current.
