Job summary

Euroclear is seeking a forward-thinking Tribe Test Engineer (TTE) to define, lead and continuously improve the Tribe's testing strategy and quality approach within an Agile environment. You will partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Tribe Release Engineers and other stakeholders to embed quality throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
• Experience leading testing across multiple Agile teams.
• Experience creating and governing enterprise-level Test Strategies.
• Experience coordinating end-to-end testing across complex systems.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance testing activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Experience in Financial Services or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Tribe Test Strategy and quality objectives.
• Define best practices for functional, non-functional and automation testing.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing across squads and tribes.
• Coordinate test data, environments and tooling requirements.
• Provide clear testing progress reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor Test Engineers and squad members.
• Promote automation and shift-left testing.
