Job summary

Edenred Senior QA Engineer role based in Swindon/London with hybrid work arrangement. You will lead automated testing for new platform features, own QA strategies, and mentor junior QA engineers while collaborating across squads to ensure on-time, high-quality releases.

The role requires strong experience with enterprise systems, microservices, and DevOps practices, plus proficiency in test automation and quality metrics to drive product excellence.

Qualifications

• Significant commercial experience testing enterprise systems.
• Experience with microservice architectures and web applications.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of automated tests (functional and non-functional) to ensure feature quality.
• Take technical ownership of testing approaches and drive improvements to QA processes and standards.
• Mentor and transfer knowledge to more junior QA engineers; spread best practice across squads and teams.
• Ensure software meets or exceeds published metrics and quality benchmarks.
• Proactively contribute to the technical evolution of Paytech’s products.
• Work as “one team” to ensure deliveries are on time and to a high quality.
