GlobalLogic is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead (AI-SDLC) to steer multi-million-pound engineering programmes across the UK. You will embed AI into SDLC, drive AI-powered tooling, and ensure scalable, secure delivery through governance and metrics.

You will lead distributed teams of 100+ across global delivery centres, partnering with CTOs and CIOs, shaping pre-sales, architecture, and risk management while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Formación

• Deep understanding of AI in modern software engineering and LLMOps.
• Experience leading large-scale fixed-outcome programmes (£10M+ annual revenue).
• Strong governance, risk, and financial management for complex engagements.
• Executive presence to align business goals with technical execution.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-End AI SDLC delivery across complex software programmes.
• Lead AI transformation of client pipelines and measure developer productivity.
• Align architecture and AI stack for scalable, secure solutions.
• Lead pre-sales engagements with SOWs and viable proposals.
• Establish governance for AI quality and model evaluation.
