Job summary

TRI-FIT is looking for a proactive Community & Athlete Manager to lead its TRI-BE amateur race team, manage athlete relationships, affiliates, and race activations. The role includes attending events across the UK and working from the TRI-FIT HQ in Wetherby.

You will be outgoing, highly organised and comfortable representing a premium sports brand, with responsibilities for social content and event photography. This full-time position involves travel and community building.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the TRI-BE amateur race community, including activations and race-weekend meetups.
• Develop engagement across community channels, including Strava.
• Manage relationships with professional and sponsored athletes, including kit and content commitments.
• Recruit, onboard and manage affiliates.
• Represent TRI-FIT at events and help organise activations.
• Capture event photography, interviews and short-form social content.
