Job summary

Nottingham City Council is seeking a Tree Services professional to monitor, analyse and report on arboricultural operations at Eastcroft Depot, Nottingham. You will support continuous improvement across internal teams and external contractors while delivering high standards of customer care.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 4 Arboriculture qualification, contract management experience, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Arboriculture qualification or above.
• Contract management experience in an Arboriculture field.
• Strong customer service and enquiry management experience.

• Handle multiple enquiries while delivering a high standard of customer care.

Job description

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend working during strong wind events if required.

Worker Type: Mobile

Salary: Starting Salary is £42,123 (Level one) rising to £45,529 (Level four) per annum (pro rata for part-time)

Location:Eastcroft Depot, London Road, Nottingham, NG2 3AH

About the Role

Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance and efficiency of Tree Services' arboricultural operations, supporting continuous improvement across both internal teams and external contractors. Bring proven customer service experience, with the ability to confidently handle multiple enquiries while delivering a high standard of customer care.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

·Level 4 Arboriculture qualification or above

·Contract management experience in an Arboriculture field

·Strong customer service and enquiry management experience

-A DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity is required for this post.

-The role may require you to participate in the on call rota.
