Job summary

Nottingham City Council is seeking a Tree Services professional to monitor, analyse and report on arboricultural operations at Eastcroft Depot, Nottingham. You will support continuous improvement across internal teams and external contractors while delivering high standards of customer care.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 4 Arboriculture qualification, contract management experience, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Arboriculture qualification or above.
• Contract management experience in an Arboriculture field.
• Strong customer service and enquiry management experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyse and report on performance and efficiency of Tree Services' arboricultural operations.
• Support continuous improvement across internal teams and external contractors.
