Job summary

Ministry of Justice is seeking a Treatment Manager to oversee Accredited Programmes and Structured Interventions, ensuring delivery aligns with manuals and session content, and reporting regionally to a Programme Manager.

The role provides supervision to Programme Facilitators, supports staff development, participates in on-call referrals, and requires flexibility including evenings and weekends to maintain a high-quality service. Hybrid working arrangements apply.

Qualifications

• Experienced Programme Facilitator, trained in delivering two Accredited Programmes

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the quality of delivery of interventions including post-programme work by Programme Facilitators
• Provide professional supervision including session monitoring to develop skills
• Offer advice and training to staff and external organisations to ensure eligibility understood
• Manage risks presented by people on Probation while under programme requirements
• Coordinate, monitor and review planning for delivering programmes including suitability assessments
• Monitor and support Programme Facilitators in skill development and report under-performance
• Contribute to changes to accredited programme manuals and ensure implementation
• Deliver accredited and non-accredited programmes when required to maintain accreditation
