Job summary

The Ministry of Justice is recruiting a Treatment Manager for the Yorkshire and The Humber Probation Service. The role oversees the quality delivery of Accredited Programmes and Structured Interventions, ensuring content integrity and session monitoring across the region.

You will provide professional supervision to Programme Facilitators, support staff, and probation practitioners, including on-call cover for referrals and evenings/weekends as per rota.

Responsibilities

• Quality delivery monitoring of Accredited Programmes and Structured Interventions.
• Provide professional supervision to Programme Facilitators and advise to staff and external organisations.
• Coordinate, monitor and review planning for delivering programmes incl. suitability assessments.
