The Ministry of Justice seeks a Treatment Manager to oversee Accredited Programmes and Structured Interventions addressing offending behaviour. Based regionally, you will supervise Programme Facilitators, advise staff, and ensure content compliance with manuals. Hybrid working and on-call cover for evenings/weekends are included.

You will collaborate with Probation Practitioners, monitor delivery quality, and contribute to manual updates while supporting staff development and safeguarding.

Qualificações

• Experienced Programmes Facilitator trained in two Accredited Programmes and theory manuals.
• Experience in Criminal Justice or Social Care sectors.
• Knowledge of group dynamics with ability to motivate participants.
• Experience of prosocial modelling, motivational interviewing and challenging language.
• Experience supporting others to evidence professional practice.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure quality delivery of Accredited Programmes and Interventions and monitor post-programme work.
• Provide professional supervision and session monitoring to develop facilitators' skills.
• Advise, train and consult staff and external organisations on eligibility and delivery.
• Manage risks from people on Probation and share information with Probation Practitioners.
• Coordinate planning and preparation for programme delivery including assessments and waiting lists.
• Support development of facilitators and report under-performance or quality issues.
• Oversee risk management during programme delivery and timely information exchange with practitioners.
• Contribute to updates of accredited programme manuals and ensure implementation.
• Deliver accredited and non-accredited programmes as required to maintain accreditation.
