Job summary

MBR Dental is recruiting a Treatment Coordinator in Loughborough, Leicestershire, to join a private practice on a permanent basis. The role offers a £30,000 base with an OTE of £70,000+ and involves managing cosmetic, Invisalign and implant consultations.

You will guide patients through treatment options and finance, handle a high-volume pipeline, and collaborate with clinicians and the wider patient journey team. Start date is ASAP, with 4–5 days per week and possible weekend work.

Qualifications

• Strong Treatment Coordinator experience.
• Commercially driven and able to provide excellent patient service.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Cosmetic, Invisalign and implant consultations.
• Guiding patients through treatment options and finance.
• Following up undecided patients.
• Managing a high-volume consultation pipeline.
• Converting treatment plans typically worth £2,000-£25,000+.
• Working closely with clinicians, setters and wider patient journey team.
