MBR Dental is supporting a private practice in Loughborough to recruit a Treatment Coordinator on a permanent, full-time basis. You will guide patients through treatment options, including cosmetics, Invisalign and implants, and manage a high-volume consultation pipeline.

In this role you will work with clinicians and the patient journey team, present finance options, and convert treatment plans typically worth £2,000–£25,000+.

Qualifications

• GDC registered Qualified Dental Nurse required.
• Strong Treatment Coordinator experience essential.
• Reliable team player with excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Enhanced DBS check required.

Full Time, Permanent

£30,000 per annum / OTE of £70,000+

MBR Dental is currently assisting an independent private dental practice in Loughborough, Leicestershire to recruit a Treatment Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, well-established private practice offering a varied role within a modern clinical environment.

The practice are looking for a Treatment Coordinator with strong experience, commercially driven and able to provide an excellent service to patients.

The role involves:

• Cosmetic, Invisalign and implant consultations
• Guiding patients through treatment options and finance
• Following up undecided patients
• Managing a high-volume consultation pipeline
• Converting treatment plans typically worth £2,000–£25,000+
• Working closely with clinicians, setters and wider patient journey team

What's on Offer:

• Start as soon as possible.
• Notice periods will be considered.
• Full-time position, 4-5 days per week.
• Monday to Friday, 8:45am-6:30pm.
• Occasional weekend work may be required.
• Competitive basic salary of £30,000.
• OTE of £70,000+ with significant earning potential for a top performer.

About You:

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be a GDC registered Qualified Dental Nurse.
• Have strong Treatment Coordinator experience.
• Be a reliable team player with excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Hold a valid, enhanced DBS check.
