Riverdale Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Treatment Coordinator or experienced Dental Nurse for Windmill Orthodontics North Tynside - Rake Lane. The role spans afternoons and full days across Mon–Thu and Tue–Fri, with opportunities to lead patient journeys and treatment planning.

Qualifications

• Experienced Dental Nurse and/or Treatment Coordinator required.
• Confident, professional and personable
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
• Excellent at communicating with patients and converting enquiries into treatment plans
• Organised, proactive and commercially aware
• Passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience

Responsibilities

• Managing patient consultations and treatment journeys
• Presenting treatment options and discussing finance solutions
• Following up on treatment enquiries and converting leads
• Supporting the clinician with patient communication and case acceptance
• Building strong patient relationships and ensuring outstanding customer service
• Working independently while contributing positively to the wider team
