Job summary

Dentalcare Group is seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our friendly teams at Dentalcare Pangbourne and Dentalcare Berinsfield. You will welcome patients, discuss treatment options and help plans flow smoothly.

This full-time role is 40 hours a week across two sites, with opportunities to progress, training on our systems, and support from experienced clinicians. We offer up to 28 days holiday, an Investors in People accredited practice, and team social events.

Qualifications

• Welcome and build strong relationships with patients, creating a friendly and reassuring experience.
• Confidently discuss dental treatments and treatment plans with patients in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
• Have a good understanding of general and private dental treatments and be able to answer patient questions confidently.
• Work closely with dentists and the wider clinical team to ensure patients are fully supported.
• Follow up treatment plans and patients who have not yet proceeded with recommended treatment.
• Have a strong focus on converting treatment plans into completed private treatment.
• Identify opportunities to increase private treatment uptake while always putting the patient's needs first.
• Manage patient consultations, appointments, follow-ups and treatment journeys efficiently.
• Maintain excellent communication between the two practices.
• Be highly organised and able to manage competing priorities across both sites. Contribute towards practice targets and overall growth.
• Provide an exceptional level of customer service and patient care at every stage.

• Previous dental experience and/or experience in a Treatment Coordinator, dental nursing, reception or patient-facing role would be highly desirable.
