Job summary

IMPRESS is hiring a Dentist with experience in aligners to join their growing team. The role requires a minimum availability of 1 day per week across two London clinics, delivering patient-focused care and overseeing aligner treatment plans.

You will review plans, perform treatments as needed, take 3D scans, and educate patients on oral health. Opportunity for growth in a fast-paced HealthTech environment.

Qualifications

• GDC registration is required and must be valid.
• Malpractice insurance is required.
• Strong patient communication and professionalism are essential.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of IMPRESS and deliver a world-class patient experience.
• Explain and review clear aligner treatment plans for patients.
• Carry out related treatments such as fillings, dental hygiene, whitening as needed.
• Examine medical records and take 3D scans.
• Schedule follow-ups and deliver aligner treatments.
• Submit aligner diagnostics for planning of treatment.
• Collaborate with medical director to prepare cases for production.
• Educate patients on oral health practices and prescribe medication when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Be the face of IMPRESS, deliver a world-class experience for every customer.
• Explain, Review and Determine the suitable clear aligner treatment plans for patients.
• Carry out other treatments such as fillings. dental hygiene, whitening or other If it is needed.
• Examine medical records and take 3D scans.
• Make follow up visits, IPRs, put engagers and deliver treatments of aligners.
• Submit the aligner diagnostics to our network for planning the treatment.
• Work with the medical director in preparing cases for production and following up inquiries.
• Educate patients on oral health practices and prescribe medication when necessary.
• Responsible use and maintenance of dental equipment.

Requirements:

• Valid GDC registration number.
• County/Shire licence and malpractice insurance required.
• Proven experience in the orthodontic sector is a MUST.
• Compliance with all dental and healthcare laws.
• Calm and professional manner with patients.
• Strong computer skills with healthcare applications.
