Job summary

Impress is expanding its international dental team in London, seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join a fast-paced startup atmosphere. You will greet patients, present treatment plans, and guide them through timelines to a confident smile.

You will own the patient relationship from first visit through end of treatment, coordinate scheduling, track clinic performance against targets, and support marketing activities. Fluent English and a proactive, team-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• +1 year of experience in a similar customer-facing, sales, or coordination role.
• Previous experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a plus.
• Team player, positive, curious, and enthusiastic.
• Goal-oriented, comfortable working with autonomy.
• Proactive, eager to take on responsibility.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent English required.
