Job summary

Bupa Dental Care Manchester Malthouse is recruiting an Experienced Qualified Dental Nurse to join our Treatment Coordinator team. You will provide chairside support and help patients navigate treatment options with outstanding care.

This full-time role offers training, development and a supportive environment within a modern specialist referral practice. You’ll work with a welcoming team and have opportunities to progress within Bupa Dental Care.

• GDC-registered Experienced Qualified Dental Nurse.
• Previous TCO experience preferred but not essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Working Hours

• Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 7:45am - 5:15pm
• Wednesday: 9:45am - 7:15pm
• Friday: 7:45am - 2:15pm

About The Role

This exciting dual role combines:

• Treatment Coordinator responsibilities, supporting patients through their treatment journey, discussing treatment options, and providing outstanding customer care.
• Dental Nursing duties, providing chairside support as required, including Thursday nursing sessions and holiday cover.

Whilst we're ideally seeking an experienced TCO, we'd also love to hear from ambitious Qualified Dental Nurses who are looking to develop their career into a Treatment Coordinator position.

What We're Looking For

• GDC-registered Experienced Qualified Dental Nurse
• Previous TCO experience preferred but not essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organised and proactive
• Social media experience would be an advantage
• Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care
