Job summary

Invisiblebraces4u Manchester is seeking a part-time Treatment Coordinator to guide patients through the journey, book follow-ups and assist with finance applications, contributing to a high-conversion patient experience.

You will join a friendly, family‑orientated practice team led by founders, with robust support from a national network, and you’ll work Sundays 9:30AM–6:30PM, with a clear path for progression in a growing dental group.

Qualifications

• Experience as Treatment Coordinator preferred.
• Sales/lead generation background considered.
• Driven to progress in dental industry.
• Confident with team and patient interactions; aims for 5‑star experience.
• Ability to discuss treatment options with patients; training provided if needed.
• It is desirable to have Dentally software experience; UK right to work required.

Invisiblebraces4u (IB4U) are currently seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join us at our lovely practice, IB4U Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and family-orientated practice team in the Manchester area.

You will be joining a fantastic team of clinicians and wider support, led by our founders, who all work together in harmony to deliver a brilliant patient journey. The practice is very accessible via public transport, close to Manchester Victoria station.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading patients through our well established patient journey - offering treatments and ensuring we have strong patient conversion rates in the practice
• Ensuring a smooth patient journey process, booking in follow up appointments, completing check-ins, supporting with finance applications etc
• Ensuring the provision of excellent service to patients, quality of service, cost and delivery of performance in line with company strategy, targets and mission statement
• Providing support and direction to the wider practice team to enhance performance, skills and knowledge
• Plan & driving income targets for the practice through the utilisation of lead management and conversion skills
• Ensuring practice & patient journey compliance

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• A candidate with prior experience in a Treatment Coordinator capacity is highly desirable for this position
• We are also open to considering applicants from candidates with a sales/lead generation background
• Someone who has the drive and ambition to succeed and has a hunger to progress in their career & industry
• Confident in presenting themselves when meeting with their team and patients and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure our patients a 5 star patient experience
• Be able to confidently discuss treatment options with patients, adopting an influencing approach and providing them with a wealth of information to support treatment uptake
• Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential as training is provided
• DBS checked with the right to work within the UK
