Dental Treatment Coordinator - London Bank

Full time - Mon-Fri

We are seeking a highly organised and personable Treatment Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team at a dedicated specialist and general dental practice based in the city.

This role would suit someone with a proven background in delivering exceptional customer service and sales, ideally within a healthcare or dental environment. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth patient journey, providing support, information, and reassurance every step of the way.

As a Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be working alongside an experienced practice team and have access to exceptional development opportunities to advance your career.

Treatment Coordinator responsibilities

1. Be the first point of contact for new private patients and existing patients interested in specialist treatments.
2. Confidently discuss treatments and fees involved.
3. Deliver high-quality service to ensure patient satisfaction and maximize practice efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability.
4. Champion customer satisfaction and coach team members on best practices.
5. Coordinate dentist appointments throughout the treatment plan.
6. Establish and maintain productive working relationships with all practice team members.
7. Support the practice leadership team and deputise for the Practice Manager when needed.

Your skills and experience

1. Extensive clinical knowledge of treatments provided within a healthcare setting.
2. Strong, confident communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of explaining complex treatment plans clearly.
3. Previous experience delivering outstanding customer service in a face-to-face role.
4. Proven stakeholder management skills, able to handle diverse interactions.
5. CQC/GDC registration preferred; knowledge of dental practice management systems is desirable.
