REFY are seeking a Beauty Consultant to join our team within the beauty department at Selfridges, London.

As a Beauty Consultant, you will be the ultimate REFY ambassador, bringing a genuine passion for the beauty industry and an eye for the latest trends. In this role, you’ll play a central part in delivering exceptional customer experiences that resonate with our community and inspire individuals to be their most confident selves.

This is a full-time role, fully flexible over 5 days based at our counter within Selfridges London, Oxford St.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drives REFY’s business objectives, meeting and exceeding personal and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Engaging with customers to showcase REFY products and provide personalised consultations.
• Building brand awareness and maintaining relationships with existing clientele.
• Supporting retail events and activations during peak seasons.
• Gaining insight into customer service, sales, and brand representation.
• Ensuring replenishment and stock levels are maintained.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse customers and team members
• A passion for the beauty industry and luxury retail environments
• Demonstrated success in achieving individual sales and KPIs
• Up to date with social media trends, with a personal presence and understanding of how social media influences beauty retail.
