Job description

The Role - Treatment Coordinator/Receptionistat Angle House Islington

We are looking for a Treatment Coordinator/Dental Receptionist, who wants to be a big part of the Angle House success story. Our Dental Nurses and Orthodontists rely on theTreatment Coordinator/Dental Receptionist to assist with a range of administrative tasks while providing fantastic customer service to our patients.

You’ll also have the chance to develop new skills. We’re big on promoting people from within, so there’ll be plenty of scope for progression if you want to broaden your horizons.

This role is part-time, 4 days a week, available Monday to Saturday (1 Saturday a month on rotation). Shifts are 8 hours long.

Main duties:

  • Supporting the Practice Manager and Dental Nurses with the smooth running of the practice operations in line with our values, mission statement, and procedures - be a true host!
  • Be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring the patient journey from start to end
  • Be responsible for the management of the CRM system
  • Be responsible for smile checks and consultations, as well as offering and discussing different treatment options with patients while always prioritising their needs
  • Promote private treatment and be involved with marketing programs and offers
  • Ensure a welcoming and caring environment for patients, work colleagues, and visitors.
  • Provide the best care to all patients, being attentive, focused, and approachable.
  • Responding to patients' queries over the phone and via email in a warm, courteous manner
  • Efficiently book, re-book, or cancel appointments.
  • Maintain and update patients' records

Requirements:

  • Experience using Exact, SOE or Dentally
  • Dental reception experience is a must
  • Understanding of patient diary management
  • Experience with daily cashing up/banking
  • Understanding of stock control
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to efficiently multitask

Desirable:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Dental Nursing
  • Experience using iTero/Trios 3D scanners
  • Certificate in Dental Radiography
