Legal & General (L&G) in the UK is seeking an influential leader to shape and deliver the strategic change agenda across Group Treasury. You will build the capabilities, operating model and delivery approach needed to create a scalable, efficient and high-performing function.

As Treasury Business Lead for change, you will translate priorities into delivery plans, manage risks, dependencies and benefits, and partner with finance, technology and the wider business to drive measurable improvements

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex business transformation in Treasury/Finance.
• Ability to translate ambiguous objectives into clear delivery plans.
• Strong programme and change leadership with benefits realisation.
• Influence senior stakeholders across business, technology and change.
• Delivery-focused leadership combining strategy with execution.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Relevant professional qualification or equivalent senior experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic change portfolio across Group Treasury with clear deliverables.
• Represent Treasury requirements, risks, dependencies and objectives.
• Establish and develop Treasury’s strategic delivery capability and standards.
• Champion One Finance change and partner across Finance, tech and business.
• Shape Treasury’s target operating model and capability roadmap.
• Drive improvements in Treasury processes, data, reporting and controls.
• Embed initiatives with managed benefits, risks and dependencies.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performing culture with continuous improvement.
