Job summary

LCP is seeking a Head of Treasury in the Greater London area to own cash, liquidity, banking and lender compliance across the UK and overseas entities. You will report to the CFO and collaborate with Group Financial Control, Tax and FP&A.

The ideal candidate will implement treasury facilities, build forecasting and governance frameworks for a growing professional services group, with exposure to cross-border cash and refinancing activities.

Qualifications

• Qualified in treasury or accounting with substantial treasury experience.
• Experience in syndicate or leveraged facilities and lender reporting.
• Proven ability to build multi-entity, multi-currency cash forecasts.
• Strong bank account management, KYC and payment controls.

Responsibilities

• Implement facilities post-completion with adherence to covenants.
• Manage 13-week cash forecast and 12-month liquidity forecast.
• Oversee banking structure, cash pooling, signatories and fees.
• Repatriate cash across overseas subsidiaries within tax constraints.
• Develop and monitor hedging and FX policy for material exposures.
• Support refinancing, facility amendments and potential M&A funding.
