Job summary

Ricoh is seeking a Treasury Reporting Manager to oversee accounting, reporting and governance of Treasury activities across the Group. You will ensure accurate accounting and meaningful reporting for stakeholders in a global setting.

You will support month-end close, manage Treasury reporting processes, strengthen controls, and contribute to initiatives improving Treasury systems, reporting and efficiency. This role requires strong technical knowledge, ability to manage complex instruments, and

Qualifications

• Experience in treasury accounting, treasury operations or financial reporting.
• Strong month-end close knowledge and reconciliations.
• Experience with complex financial instruments and hedge accounting beneficial.
• Knowledge of IFRS 7/9 and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage treasury accounting and month-end reporting activities, including journals, reconciliations, FX, loans and derivatives.
• Prepare and review treasury-related financial and statutory reports.
• Ensure internal controls and SOX/JSOX compliance across treasury and finance systems.
• Partner with Treasury, Tax and Finance to deliver accurate information.
• Support audits and drive process improvements in reporting and systems.
