Deloitte is recruiting a Manager to lead varied non-audit engagements spanning treasury reporting, governance, processes, controls, technology and transformation. You will work across treasury taxonomy and the full change lifecycle from diagnostics through implementation and Assurance perspectives.

Based in London with hybrid working, you will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage client engagements, and contribute to business development while advancing treasury and finance transformation

Qualifikationen

• Experience in treasury reporting, governance and internal controls.
• Familiarity with ICFR, SOX, IPO readiness and controls transformation is preferred.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day treasury reporting and advisory work across multiple workstreams.
• Assess and improve treasury governance, processes and controls.
• Provide hedge accounting advice and complex transaction analysis.
• Support treasury transformations, target operating model reviews and technology-enabled change.
• Build client relationships and contribute to proposals and new service development.
• Coach colleagues and foster an inclusive, high-performing team environment.
