RICS is seeking a Treasury Manager to oversee group treasury activities, banking facilities, and cash management for its international operations. The role involves leading a small treasury team, maintaining bank mandates, and ensuring policy compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

You will work with international stakeholders, manage KYC requirements, and deliver accurate cashflow forecasts while supporting strong financial controls in a 60% onsite, 40% remote hybrid model.

Qualifikationen

• Significant treasury experience within a corporate or group treasury function.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, cash management and control frameworks.
• Experience in KYC, compliance and working with international stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a small treasury team with day-to-day management.
• Open, close and maintain banking facilities across international units.
• Maintain bank mandates, signatories and sign-off processes.
• Oversee reconciliations and cash allocation; report anomalies.
• Coordinate monthly cashflow forecasts and Treasury Policy compliance.
