Job summary

We Are Workforce Ltd in Coventry is seeking a Financial Reporting and Treasury Manager to lead Treasury, Asset Accounting and Financial Reporting with a robust control framework.

You will head the Finance Leadership Team, drive continuous improvement, and provide insightful financial information to support strategic decision-making, while ensuring statutory compliance and effective stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong reporting, governance and controls.
• Experience in treasury, securitisation and asset-intensive businesses.
• Proven track record leading finance teams and delivering audits.
• Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Treasury, Asset Accounting and Financial Reporting teams and set KPIs.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting and statutory filings.
• Manage VAT and corporation tax processes with external advisers.
• Lead external audit coordination and remediation of findings.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation across Finance.
• Maintain strong governance, internal controls and data integrity.
• Engage with banking partners, funders and Group Finance for strategic objectives.
