Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Senior Treasury Accountant to support Group entities in accounting, reporting, and compliance within Treasury Back Office. You will review treasury transactions, ensure policy compliance, and assist with treasury systems administration and financial reporting.

The role requires 2+ years in treasury/corporate accounting, with ACA/ACCA/CIMA credentials (AMCT preferred). Hybrid working and a competitive bonus scheme are offered.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent with relevant accounting experience.
• AMCT qualification is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit monthly financial reporting and budgeting/forecasting into Cognos for Group entities.
• Ensure transactions are recorded across Business Central, Kyriba, and reporting systems.
• Prepare statutory reports at half-year and year-end, and assist notes for Annual Report and Interim Statements.
• Record monthly mark-to-market valuations of derivatives.
• Ensure SOX compliance and maintain internal accounting controls.
• Review and approve data and treasury transactions within Kyriba (TMS).
• Prepare slides for monthly Treasury Committee pack and calculate semi-annual WACC.
• Provide back-office support to Treasury Front Office and administer Group banking portals.
