Job summary

Blockchain is seeking a Treasury Operations Analyst to join its Financial Operations team in London. You will oversee fiat and crypto treasury flows, focusing on controls, reconciliation, and automation to support scaling and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with product, trading, risk, treasury, and finance teams to optimise funding, settle operations, and manage cash and liquidity. A strong background in finance ops and SQL/Python is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
• 4+ years in financial operations, preferably treasury, compliance and reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of cash and liquidity management operations.
• Experience with multiple banking partners, payment gateways and processors.
• Knowledge of DeFi products and protocols is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and fast-paced work.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage treasury operations, controls, lifecycle events, settlements and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with product, trading, risk, treasury, and finance for funding optimization and risk controls.
• Develop automation tools for risk monitoring, P&L attribution, and reconciliation processes.
• Investigate cash reconciliation breaks and settlement issues.
• Ensure robust workflows and risk controls to support scaling and expansion.
• Stay updated on market trends, risk methods, and regulatory developments in digital assets.
