Job summary

Aurum Search Limited is assisting a leading global Tier 1 multi-strategy hedge fund in its search for a Treasury Analyst in London. The role focuses on managing secured financing across counterparties, optimizing onboarding workflows and applying AI/automation to capital processes.

You will interact with senior management and trading desks, requiring strong communication and a proactive problem-solving mindset. 2-4 years in finance and a solid academic background are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a leading investment bank.
• Experience across prime brokerage, repo or collateral management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Help manage and scale the firm’s secured financing capabilities across counterparties.
• Streamline the onboarding lifecycle and leverage AI/automation tooling to optimize capital workflows.
• Liaise directly with senior management and internal trading desks.
