Candidates should have 2-4+ years in financial markets, strong analytical skills, and comfort engaging with banks.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years’ experience in financial markets, ideally across repo, securities lending, collateral management, prime brokerage or related financing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple counterparty workstreams.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with banks and financing counterparties.
• Some exposure to Python, with SQL experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support expansion of financing capabilities across counterparty relationships, onboarding, legal documentation, collateral management and market structure.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external financing counterparties to streamline workflows.
• Leverage technology, automation and AI to monitor and coordinate counterparty activity.
• Maintain relationships across internal teams and external counterparts to enable scalable financing.
