Job summary

Blockchain in London is seeking a Treasury Operations Analyst to oversee FIAT and crypto treasury flows, ensuring robust controls, reconciliations, and scalable processes within a fast-growing, global crypto company.

You will partner with product, trading, risk, treasury and finance teams to optimize funding, automate risk monitoring and support expansion into new markets. This role requires a detail-oriented, cross-functional communicator.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years in financial operations, preferably treasury and reconciliations.
• Strong knowledge of cash and liquidity management.
• Experience with multiple banking partners and payment processors.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor treasury operations and controls, settlement and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with product, trading, risk, treasury, and finance teams.
• Develop automation tools for risk monitoring and P&L attribution.
• Investigate cash reconciliation breaks and settlement issues.
• Ensure robust workflows and risk controls for scaling products.
• Stay updated on market trends and regulatory developments in digital assets.
