Job summary

Aurum Search Limited is assisting a leading global Tier 1 multi-strategy hedge fund in its search for a Treasury Analyst in London. The role focuses on managing secured financing across counterparties, optimizing onboarding workflows and applying AI/automation to capital processes.

You will interact with senior management and trading desks, requiring strong communication and a proactive problem-solving mindset. 2-4 years in finance and a solid academic background are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a leading investment bank.

My Client a leading global Tier 1 multi-strategy hedge fund is looking for a Treasury Analyst to join their team in London.

This person will help manage and scale the firm’s secured financing capabilities across counterparties, streamlining the onboarding lifecycle and leveraging modern AI/automation tooling to optimize capital workflows, while liaising directly with senior management and internal trading desks.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• 2-4 years of experience within a leading investment bank, ideally across prime brokerage, repo/securities lending, collateral management, operations, or front/middle office trade support
• Strong academic pedigree with excellent communication skills and the maturity to interface directly with senior stakeholders
• High intellectual curiosity, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and comfort using technology to improve processes
