Job summary

Tide is seeking a Lead of Debt Planning & Management to shape and execute Tide’s funding strategy across corporate debt and warehouse funding facilities. You will ensure Tide has the right funding structure, capacity and cost efficiency to support growth while maintaining lender compliance.

You will lead planning, execution and ongoing management of the debt portfolio, collaborating with Finance, Risk, Legal and external funding partners to optimise funding costs and liquidity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 9 years of Treasury experience in funding planning and management.
• Experience in financial services – fintech experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of corporate debt markets.
• Experience structuring and managing warehouse funding facilities.
• Experience negotiating debt documentation.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Tide’s corporate debt strategy to support growth.
• Lead sourcing, negotiation and execution of new debt facilities.
• Manage refinancing activities and maturity planning.
• Oversee warehouse funding strategy and renewals.
• Monitor debt facilities and forward funding plans.
• Partner with Finance, Risk and Lending to integrate funding into forecasts.
• Present funding recommendations to senior executives.
