Tide is seeking a Treasury Operations Manager to safeguard financial health and drive efficient treasury operations. You will oversee cash and liquidity, manage banking relationships, and steer payments and collateral management to support growth.

You will work in a dynamic, tech-driven environment, requiring strong stakeholder management and a hands-on approach to improve treasury processes and controls while navigating regulatory requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 6 years of experience with Treasury Operations and Cash Management.
• Experience in financial services, preferably in payments, technology-driven & scale-up environments.
• Knowledge of cash-flow forecasting, flow of funds and payment systems.
• Proven ability to manage both BAU and complex projects/initiatives.
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and ownership mentality.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and mitigating operational risk.
• Experience with Cash Management systems; BI reporting tools desirable.

Aufgaben

• Cash & liquidity management, monitoring liquidity and counterparty risk, forecasting cash flows and collaborating on treasury systems implementations.
• Manage relationships with partner banks, ensuring regulatory compliance and policy adherence.
• Oversee payments and transfers execution, collateral management, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify and implement improvements to policies, processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
