Job summary

Tide is seeking an experienced Lead of Debt Planning & Management to shape Tide's funding strategy across corporate debt and warehouse facilities. You will lead planning, execution and ongoing management of the debt portfolio, aligning with Finance, Risk and external providers.

The role requires 9+ years in Treasury, strong knowledge of debt markets, and exceptional stakeholder management. Tide offers flexible work, competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 9 years in Treasury focused on funding planning and management.
• Experience in financial services, preferably in technology-driven scale-ups.
• Strong knowledge of corporate debt markets.
• Experience structuring and managing warehouse funding facilities.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Tide’s corporate debt strategy to support growth and objectives.
• Lead sourcing, negotiation and execution of new corporate debt facilities.
• Manage refinancing activities and maturity planning.
• Optimise funding costs while balancing liquidity, flexibility & risk.
• Own Tide’s warehouse funding programme and facilities management.
• Monitor debt facilities lifecycle, drawdowns and repayments.
• Maintain forward funding plan and funding capacity reporting.
• Partner with governance, risk, and external lenders during transactions.
• Present funding recommendations to senior executives.
