Tide is seeking a driven Team Lead to manage and develop a team of asset finance brokers supporting UK businesses. You will drive performance, coach for excellence, and ensure strong customer outcomes in a fast-growing environment.

You’ll lead with a hands-on approach, align team goals with business strategy, and collaborate with lenders and internal teams to optimize deal flow. Flexible, remote-friendly working with multiple offices worldwide.

• Experience in Asset Finance and leading a team with revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of asset finance brokers to achieve targets.
• Drive a high-performance sales culture and maintain accountability.
• Monitor KPIs, pipeline activity, and deal progression to hit revenue goals.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve effectiveness.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align goals with business objectives.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and conversion rates.
• Support brokers in structuring deals and closing sales.
• Maintain strong lender and internal relationships to streamline flow.
• Contribute revenue directly when needed with a hands-on approach.
• Work with the Salesforce team to enhance operating systems.
