Job summary

Distinct | B Corp is seeking an experienced Treasury professional to lead and shape the function within a Private Equity backed business with a strong brand.

You will drive liquidity, FX, commodity and interest rate risk management, overseeing hedging and derivatives while partnering with senior stakeholders and banking partners to optimise funding and performance. The role blends strategy with hands-on delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong Treasury and financial markets knowledge.
• Experience in private equity or complex corporate environments.
• Qualified AMCT/MCT or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead FX, commodity and interest rate risk management and hedging.
• Oversee derivatives, valuations, hedge accounting and counterparty risk.
• Manage cash forecasting, liquidity planning and day-to-day cash management.
• Provide Treasury input into refinancing, debt/capital markets and M&A strategy.
• Lead and develop the Treasury team, set direction, and build best practice.
