Flutter is a world leader in online sports betting and iGaming, seeking a Group Treasurer to shape treasury strategy, risk management and policy for a global listed business. You will lead capital structure, funding and hedging, and own relationships with rating agencies and core banks across international locations.

With extensive senior treasury experience, you will drive policy, governance and risk management, support M&A activities, and mentor a cross-border team to ensure robust controls

Qualifications

• Extensive senior experience in multinational or listed organisations.
• Experience in debt capital markets across leveraged and investment grade.
• Expertise in treasury policy, risk management and funding strategy.
• Strong credibility with credit rating agencies, banks and advisors.
• Governance and internal controls experience (SOX or equivalent).
• Experience with treasury aspects of M&A and treasury reporting.
• Motivational leader with stakeholder influence in high-stakes environments.

Responsabilités

• Set strategic direction of Group Treasury, matching a best-in-class standard.
• Define and oversee funding strategy and capital structure; support debt investor relations.
• Shape interest rate and currency risk management strategy and reporting.
• Own treasury policy and compliance framework, including SOX-related controls.
• Manage relationships with rating agencies, banks, advisors and treasury providers.
• Lead cash management design, new bank onboarding and KYC processes.
• Lead treasury involvement in M&A from due diligence to onboarding.
• Develop Strategy, Risk, Policy and Compliance teams across locations.
• Define treasury solutions strategy with Treasury Finance Technology and systems.
